▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite fiber comprises (1) taking each raw material, (2) placing the mixed material of terephthalic acid, 4,6-diaminoresorcinol hydrochloride, polyphosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide into dry degassing kettle for reaction, and reacting in the defoaming kettle to obtain the polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole (PBO) prepolymer, (3) mixing the PBO prepolymer obtained in the step (2) with the graphene powder and conveying to the twin-screw extruder, and carrying out post-polymerization obtain the graphene composite PBO polymer, and (4) using the graphene composite PBO polymer obtained in the step (3) for spinning, drawing and washing, and drying and winding to obtain graphene composite poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has high elongation, cutting wear resistance and heavy chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent and balanced other indicators. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene composite fiber prepared by the method.
