NOVELTY - Graphene comprises micro silicon component and potassium component having a particle size of 1 mu m or less, and has unevenness. USE - Graphene. Uses include but are not limited to battery material, semiconductor, thermal radiation material, transparent conductive film, flexible thin film, filter, lightweight and high-strength rubber composite component, toner, and ink material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high purity and is produced in large amount in a short period of time using a plant raw material as a carbon source by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene (G1), which is obtained using the graphene as a precursor and removing the silicon component and potassium component of the carbon material; and (2) graphene manufacturing apparatus, which has an induction heater for supplying an inert gas and heating by induction heating for generating a magnetic field by alternating current, a storage container made of a conductor which can be heated by induction heating, and a double pipe cooling device for cooling the inside of the pipe by circulating water.
