NOVELTY - A graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane resin comprises 8.0-22.0 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. polyol, 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. polyamine chain extender, 4.0-12.0 pts. wt. oligomer polyol, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. dibutyl tin laurate, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphite, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. acetone, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. hydroxyacrylic acid, 2.0-6.0 pts. wt. fluorinated vinyl monomer, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. acrylic acid monomer, 1.0-2.5 pts. wt. neutralizing agent and 40.0-68.0 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane resin used for single-component water-based coating, double-component water-based coating, normal temperature curing coating, aqueous woodenware coating, aqueous industrial coating, aqueous antifouling coating, aqueous anti-corrosion coating, aqueous antistatic coating and aqueous special engineering coating including wind energy power generation, nuclear power and marine coatings. ADVANTAGE - The resin has good adhesion, stain resistance, high hardness, corrosion resistance, durability, hydrophobicity, electrostatic prevention and self-cleaning performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane resin comprises 8.0-22.0 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. polyol, 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. polyamine chain extender, 4.0-12.0 pts. wt. oligomer polyol, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. dibutyl tin laurate, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphite, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. acetone, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. hydroxyacrylic acid, 2.0-6.0 pts. wt. fluorinated vinyl monomer, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. acrylic acid monomer, 1.0-2.5 pts. wt. neutralizing agent and 40.0-68.0 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphite is processed by Hummers method, Staudenmaier method, electrochemical method or Brodie method to prepare hydroxyl containing graphene oxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane resin comprising: (A) adding four-neck reactor provided with thermometer, condensing pipe and agitator with polyol, oligomer polyol, graphite and dimethylolpropionic acid, heating to 95-110 degrees C, vacuum dehydrating for 1.5-2.0 hours, cooling to 60-70 degrees C, adding polyisocyanate for 0.5-1 hour, adding dibutyl tin laurate, heating to 80-82 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, adding acetone, and cooling to 65 degrees C; (B) dropping acrylic acid, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours, measuring isocyanate value, dripping neutralizing agent while stirring, stirring and reacting for 10-20 minutes, adding water, continuously stirring for 15 minutes, adding polyamine chain extender, stirring at high speed for 1 hour and low speed for 0.5 hour, evaporating and removing acetone under reduced pressure, and filtering to obtain graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane resin; and (C) adding acrylic acid monomer, fluorinated vinyl monomer and catalyst azobisisobutyronitrile, uniformly stirring to obtain monomer mixture, adding graphene modified polyurethane resin into reactor, heating to 80-82 degrees C, dropping monomer mixture for 3-5 hours, continuously heating to 85 degrees C, preserving temperature and reacting for 1 hour, cooling for 40 degrees C, and filtering.
