NOVELTY - The transparent conductive element (1) has reflection prevention layer (3) that is provided between base material (2) and graphene layer (4). The reflection prevention layer is provided with hardened material of reactive curable resin composition. USE - Transparent conductive element for transparent glass board of touch panel. ADVANTAGE - The productivity and efficiency of the transparent conductive element are improved. The transparency and electroconductivity of the transparent conductive element having simple structure are improved. The mechanical strength of the transparent conductive element is improved.
