▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The controllable electromagnetic switch comprises a graphene (104), dielectric substrate and operating in the THz region. A circular resonator and two graphene waveguides forming a 90 degree angle between them that is coupled frontally the resonator. The OFF state has a stationary dipole node is aligned parallel to the waveguide axis of the outgoing door. The electromagnetic signal is is caused not to propagate to the door and reflected to the entrance door. The propagation of guided plasma waves in the graphene waveguides excites the resonances of surface pol rintons plasmas (SPP) in the resonator. USE - Controllable electromagnetic switch in the TeraHertz (THz) range based on graphene with 90 degree folding waveguides coupled to a circular resonator. ADVANTAGE - Controllable electromagnetic switch has a large bandwidth, low insertion losses for the ON state and high isolation levels for the OFF state. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a controllable electromagnetic switch. Wave guide (103) Graphene (104)
