NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) nano composite material comprises e.g. (i) stirring ABS solution to dissolve in organic solvent to obtain ABS/DMF solution, dissolving graphene in DMF and then dispersing to obtain graphite/DMF suspension, stirring obtained solution with graphene/DMF suspension liquid, and drying, (ii) adding pure ABS powder into ball milling tank and planetary ball milling to obtain ABS sheet, then adding graphene/ABS master batch and ball milling to obtain pure graphene/ABS master batch powder, and (iii) hot press molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene nano composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) nano composite material comprises (i) magnetic stirring ABS solution to dissolve in organic solvent (N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF)) to obtain ABS/DMF solution, then dissolving graphene in DMF by a dispersing method of dispersing to obtain graphite/DMF suspension, then adding obtained ABS/DMF solution into graphene/DMF suspension liquid, magnetic stirring and mixing uniformly, then dropping distilled water into the mixture of graphene and ABS/DMF solution to obtain graphene/ABS master batch, then placing in a vacuum drying box and drying, where concentration of ABS/DMF solution is 0.04 g/ml, concentration of graphene/ABS suspension is 1-3 mg/ml, and ratio of graphene to ABS in obtained graphene/ABS master batch is 1-15%, (ii) adding pure ABS powder into ball milling tank and planetary ball milling to obtain ABS sheet, then adding graphene/ABS master batch into the ball milling tank and continuously ball milling to obtain uniformly dispersed pure graphene/ABS master batch powder, where amount of graphene and ABS in pure graphene/ABS master batch is 0.5-10 wt.%, and (iii) hot press molding to obtain final product.
