▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing low temperature self-propagating composite material comprises (i) mixing graphene powder and aluminum powder, where the graphene has a sheet structure and the mass percentage of graphene and aluminum is (0.1-0.5): (99.5-99.9), and adding ferric oxide powder, zinc oxide powder, silicon dioxide powder, boron trioxide powder and copper-titanium- alloy powder in a mass ratio of (12-18):(62-65): (7-9):(1-3):(1-3): (2-17) to obtain mixed powder, and (ii) mixing the above mixed powder and polyvinyl alcohol uniformly, heating to 82-85 degrees C, spray granulating, and vacuum sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-lubricating wear-resistant coating on inner wall of aluminum alloy cylinders with diameter less than 50 mm. ADVANTAGE - The method improves fluidity and spreading wettability of the material.
