▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aerated brick comprises 40-60 pts. wt. quicklime, 30-50 pts. wt. modified fly ash, 30-40 pts. wt. basalt, 20-30 pts. wt. nanometer tin dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. calcium gluconate, 10-15 pts. wt. plant fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. citric acid, 5-10 pts. wt. acetic anhydride, 1-5 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide and water (remaining amount). USE - Used as aerated brick. ADVANTAGE - The brick has good mechanical strength, waterproof and anti-freezing function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aerated brick, comprising (i) mixing quicklime, modified fly ash, basalt and nano tin dioxide, introducing into the ball mill, grinding into 100-200 mesh sieve, adding 0.5-0.7 times the total amount of tap water and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain a slurry, (ii) adding the plant fiber to the 3-5 times the amount of deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, adding the modified graphene, heating and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain a mixed suspension, adding calcium gluconate, citric acid, acetic anhydride and ethylene bisstearamide and reacting for 30-60 minutes to obtain a mixed slurry, (iii) introducing the slurry obtained in the step (i) and mixing the slurry obtained in the step (ii) and placing into a mold to obtain a brick body, (iv) placing the brick body into the steaming chamber for vacuuming, introducing the steam for 1.5-2 hours to heat the steaming chamber to 160-190 degrees C and maintaining for 7-9 hours when the pressure reaches 14-16 Mpa and (v) discharging the steam from the steaming chamber into the steaming chamber with less than 70 degrees C and placing the kettle for 28-30 days.
