NOVELTY - Solvent thermal preparation of flower-shaped tin diselenide-oxidized graphene composite material comprises adding graphene oxide into ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain solution A, adding selenium powder into hydrazine hydrate, stirring to obtain wine red solution B, dissolving inorganic tin salt in ethanol to form solution C, mixing solutions C, B and A, transferring into hydrothermal kettle, putting hydrothermal kettle in hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 150-180 degrees C for 6-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing by anhydrous ethanol, centrifuging into black powder and drying. USE - Method for solvent thermal preparation of flower-shaped tin diselenide-oxidized graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique and high repeatability, controls appearance size of product, and increases conductivity of diselenide base material.
