▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite carbon microsphere comprises (i) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with starch to obtain mixed solution; (ii) spraying and drying the mixed solution; (iii) processing the product at 200-260℃; and (iv) heating the product processed at 800-1500℃ at a rate of 0.5-5℃/min under the condition of protective gas, carbonizing at high temperature of 800-1500℃ and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite carbon microsphere is useful as anode materials for sodium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can tightly wrap on the surface of starch granules thus avoids the problems of fusion and foaming in high-temperature carbonization; increases the low-temperature stabilization process thus removes most of the water which solves the problem of safety and high energy consumption in the large-scale carbonization process; prepares microspheres which maintain a complete spherical morphology and have better electrochemical performance; and shortens stabilization process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite carbon microsphere, prepared as mentioned above.
