NOVELTY - Preparing black phosphorus alkene quantum dot and graphene composite nano material comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide powder in N-methylpyrrolidone, stirring on a magnetic stirrer for 10 minutes, ultrasonicating for 1 hour, adding the black phosphorene quantum dot dispersion and hydrazine hydrate, and stirring for 10 minutes to obtain raw material liquid; (b) transferring the raw material liquid into the reaction kettle and adding it into a vacuum drying oven at 140 degrees C for 6 hours; and (c) quickly adding the reaction kettle into ice water to quench, washing the cooled reaction solution with deionized water and absolute ethanol multiple times, drying in vacuum at 60 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing black phosphorus alkene quantum dot and graphene composite nano material. ADVANTAGE - The method regulates the concentration of black phosphorene quantum dots in the composite material through hydrazine hydrate, increases the amount of hydrazine hydrate added and makes the stronger the nonlinear optical response of nano materials.
