▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrode comprises a substrate comprising a graphene layer coated on a metal (m1), and a complex comprising a metal (m2) deposited on the substrate and a hydroxide of the metal (m1). The complex is in the form of core-shell in which the metal (m2) is a core and the hydroxide of the metal (m1) is a shell. The metal (m2) has a higher standard reduction potential than the metal (m1). USE - Electrode is used in sensor for detecting glucose (claimed) in human blood. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has improved catalytic effect which can reduce metals (gold, platinum, silver and copper) having a higher reduction potential than the metal simply by electroless deposition without requiring any additional reducing agent or electrical reduction conditions. The electrode is capable of detecting glucose with high current response and sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electrode.
