▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Sodium hydroxide-aluminum oxide/graphene oxide catalyst is prepared by using graphene oxide as a carrier and loading active component of sodium hydroxide and aluminum oxide, where the loaded amount of sodium hydroxide is 15-40 %mass, and the loaded amount of aluminum oxide is 10-30 %mass, adding aluminum nitrate and urea to the graphene oxide dispersion, stirring the mixture at room temperature for 1-3 hours, adding mixture to a PTFE-lined reactor, adding N-methylpyrrolidone, placing the reactor in a blast drying oven under a closed condition at 250-400 degrees C for 10-15 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain aluminum oxide nanoparticle-loaded graphene oxide, adding aluminum oxide nanoparticle-loaded graphene oxide to an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, stirring at 80-120 degrees C to dryness, placing in a tube furnace, calcining in a nitrogen atmosphere at 400-600 degrees C for 2-8 hours to obtain the product. USE - The sodium hydroxide-aluminum oxide/graphene oxide Catalyst is used for the synthesis of anisole (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst highly improves the yield of anisole, reduces the environmental protection pressure and the cost of raw materials, and meets the environmental protection and economical requirements of industrial anisole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for catalyzing the synthesis of anisole using the sodium hydroxide-aluminum oxide/graphene oxide catalyst involving adding dimethyl carbonate, phenol and sodium hydroxide-aluminum oxide/graphene oxide catalyst to a hydrothermal reactor, and reacting at 190-230 degrees C for 2-7 hours under a closed condition to obtain anisole.
