The mother powder comprises microcapsule graphene composite material and pesticide active ingredient composition. The microcapsule graphene composite material comprises graphite composite and polymer compound. The polymer compound comprises gelatin, gum arabic, starch, chitosan, alginic acid, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose salt, polylactic acid, polyamide and/or polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Microencapsulated graphene composite material is used for controlled release of drug. ADVANTAGE - The microencapsulated graphene composite material has stable release characteristics.
