▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a chocolate bar-shaped composite solar evaporator comprises (i) electrospinning the silicon dioxide spinning solution, mixing the obtained silicon dioxide nanofibers with water in a mass ratio of 2:1-1:2, dispersing and crushing with a homogenizer to obtain an aqueous suspension of silicon dioxide nanofibers; (ii) pouring the aqueous suspension of silicon dioxide nanofibers into a copper tube, directional freezing with liquid nitrogen to obtain a longitudinal fiber structure, and freeze-drying the copper tube for 24 hours to obtain an airgel matrix; (iii) pouring the photothermal nanoparticles and glutaraldehyde solution into the polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan precursor solution to increase the absorbance; and (iv) adding hydrochloric acid into the mixed solution as an initiator, stirring evenly, transferring into a centrifuge tube, and allowing to stand for gel treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing a chocolate bar-shaped composite solar evaporator is useful in solar sea water desalination and sewage purification field. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares a chocolate bar-shaped composite solar evaporator with high solar energy efficient absorption and heat conversion, and can pass through the capillary water structure of the base body; realizes the efficient utilization of solar energy and absorbing environment heat energy, to reach the purpose of increasing evaporation flux; is simple, easy to realize production and amplification; and provides large distillation flux.
