▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding composite comprises (i) mixing a carbon material, aluminum and a magnetic precursor at 0-25 degrees C in powder form to obtain mixed powder, (ii) adding moisture as a reactant to the mixed powder and heating at 35-95 degrees C to obtain electromagnetic wave shielding composite coated with magnetic material on a carbon core, and (iii) washing and drying the composite. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing electromagnetic wave shielding composite. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not utilize a solvent, and since annealing process at high temperature is unnecessary, productivity can be increased and costs can be reduced simultaneously by simplifying the process and shortening the manufacturing time; and easily coat the magnetic material on the carbon core. The composite exhibits high electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency and has chemical resistance and corrosion resistance.
