NOVELTY - Hydro-foam carbon material comprises carbon material distributed in camphor. The material is solidified having predetermined shape. The carbon material includes at least one of graphene, carbon nanotube, fullerene, carbon fiber, carbon black and amorphous carbon. USE - The material is useful in energy storage element and air filter. ADVANTAGE - The method uniformly disperses carbon material in camphor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing hydro-foam carbon material, comprising (a) preparing distributed solution containing carbon material, (b) preparing carbon material dispersed in camphor by heat processing after adding camphor into the distributed solution, and (c) solidifying the carbon material dispersed in camphor below room temperature.
