NOVELTY - Copper-based composite powder comprises less than or equal to 0.05 wt.% carbon, 12-15 wt.% chromium, 4-8 wt.% nickel, less than or equal to 2 wt.% manganese, less than or equal to 3.5 wt.% phosphorus, less than or equal to 0.03 wt.% sulfur, less than or equal to 1 wt.% silicon , 10-15.8 wt.% iron, 0.5-4 wt.% cerium oxide, 0.2-3.5 wt.% graphene and copper (remaining). The copper-based composite powder is coated on outer surface of graphene in chemical plating nickel processing manner. USE - Copper-based composite powder of high-strength and high-corrosion-resistant copper-based monotectic alloy formed by laser selective melting. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based composite powder is suitable for laser selective melting forming ultra-high cooling speed under the high efficiency condition. The laser selective melting forming shape is complex, the structure size is large, high strength and high corrosion resistance, crack-free homogeneous copper-base crystal alloy, the electromagnetic gun guide rail, pantograph and so on field has wide application prospect.
