▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Paint comprises a surface layer of sand-type contact and a surface layer of fused mass contact. The surface layer material is an alcohol-based zirconium oxide paint containing graphene, and the surface layer paint is a boride paint containing titanium diboride and titanium difluoride. USE - The paint is useful for casting aluminum alloy lithium mold in aerospace, traffic transportation and torpedo shell, engine casing and cylinder body. ADVANTAGE - The paint improves the density of the coating layer, increases the heat transfer rate; the graphene boride is used as aggregate and doped to effectively inhibit the burning loss of light elements e.g. lithium, reduces the defect of the subcutaneous needle hole and air hole of the casting, using zirconium oxide powder as aggregate to increase nucleation sites, and improves the quality of the nonferrous metal casting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a using method of paint for casting aluminum alloy lithium mold.
