▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensing module provided with a sandwich structure flexible strain sensor. A mechanical-electric signal conversion module is provided with a flexible circuit (1). The flexible circuit is provided with a signal collecting unit and an information processing unit. A signal sending module (2) is installed on the flexible circuit. A middle portion of a laser induced graphene electrode layer is provided with a carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) electrode interlayer. The laser induced graphene electrode layer is prepared into a specific shape by UV laser ablation polyimide film. The laser induced graphene electrode layer is prepared after specific shape by polyethylene foam acrylic double-faced adhesive tape and connecting an electrode pin through a conductive copper foil. The signal sending module is realized by a Bluetoothor wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi)communication device. USE - Flexible strain sensor for Morse coding. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can utilize laser induced graphene as electrode, simplifies material preparation process, reduces environment pollution caused by material preparation process and cost consumption. The sensor transfers the graphene electrode using the polyethylene foam acrylic double-faced adhesive tape. The sensor simplifies flowing process using the transfer technology, effectively improves manufacturing efficiency and strain performance of the electrode using the polyethylene foam substrate. The sensor realizes Morse coding process using by a flexible wearable device with convenient carrying and better concealment.
