▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyurethane foam sole comprises foaming liquid comprising 18-36 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 20-40 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0-1.5 pts. wt. hardener, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. catalyst and 0.1-0.13 pt. wt. water, and graphene in an amount of at least 1 wt.% of the foaming liquid. USE - Polyurethane foam sole for manufacturing insole. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam sole is economical and environmentally-friendly, and is prepared using simple and easy process with easily available raw materials, and the process is suitable large-scale industrial production. The sole is integrally formed without glue bonding, and has thickness and hardness with high adjustable range, and excellent folding resistance and wear resistance, and provides insole with excellent heat dissipation efficiency due to the presence of the graphene, which enables cool and comfortable wearing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polyurethane foam sole, which involves adding the polyester polyol, isocyanate and water, into the reaction tank, stirring and mixing at 20-30 degrees C, adding hardener, catalyst and graphene into the reaction tank, stirring to form a reaction liquid, according to the thickness of the sole, injecting a specified amount of the reaction liquid into the mold, heating the mold to 60-90 degrees C, foaming the reaction liquid in the mold for 2-5 minutes to form a sole, and cooling the mold to 20-30 degrees C.
