▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material is reduced graphene oxide coated single crystal zinc oxide nanorod. USE - Zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material for reduced graphene oxide coated single crystal zinc oxide nanorod (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material has good temperature sensitivity. The preparation method is simple and eco-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material, which involves dissolving zinc salt and sodium acetate in a solvent, and sonicating to obtain a precursor solution, dissolving polyethylene glycol in a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and sonicating to obtain a solution, and mixing precursor solution and the solution, hydrothermally reacting, cooling, filtering and washing to obtain the required product; and (2) use of zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material in reduced graphene oxide coated single crystal zinc oxide nanorod.
