NOVELTY - Preparing graphene microchip comprises mixing graphite powder, talc and dimethylacetamide in a high speed mixing machine, heating while mixing, stirring, dispersing, mixing ferric chloride, potassium chloride and polyethylene glycol as intercalation agent, soaking mixed powder in a intercalation agent, feeding pre-intercalated powder into air jet mill, spraying into the grinding chamber, transferring the pulverized powder into the chamber, performing jet collision of high intensity, shear force and friction, placing a powder in a high speed air stream, performing friction cutting process. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene microchip (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having micro-reinforced rubber, plastic reinforcement property, anti-corrosion coating, lubricating property, wastewater treatment (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene microchip comprises (i) mixing 80-90 pts. wt. graphite powder, 1-5 pts. wt. talc and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide in a high speed mixing machine, heating at 250-300 degrees C while mixing, stirring at 300-600 rotations/minute for 30-60 minutes and dispersing, to obtain mixed powder; (ii) mixing ferric chloride, potassium chloride and polyethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 2-3:2-3:1 as intercalation agent, soaking step (i) mixed powder in a intercalation agent for 48 hours, draining by centrifuging, drying, to obtain pre-intercalated powder; and (iii) feeding step (ii) obtained pre-intercalated powder into air jet mill pulverizing nozzle, where air jet mill set with two nozzles, pulverizing at pressure of 3-4 MPa, spraying into the grinding chamber, where feed nozzle pressure is 2-2.8 MPa and sprayed into the grinding chamber, transferring the pulverized powder into the chamber, carrying out jet collision of high intensity, shear force and friction, placing a powder in a high speed air stream, repeating the shocks, carrying out friction cutting process, continuously peeling talc and graphite layer, screening, continuing peeling collision of substandard granular powder by returning to the grinding chamber, so as to obtain 50-200 uniform dispersion layer required stripping product having good liquidity.
