▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite porous silicon oxide ceramic, comprises (i) adding graphene oxide powder to distilled water, an organic solvent or a mixture, and stirring to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) pouring graphene oxide dispersion into the reaction kettle, carrying out solvent thermal reaction under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, cross-linking graphene oxide to form a network structure and freeze-drying to obtain graphene foam, (iii) configuring precursor solution, adding silicate, water and catalyst to ethanol solvent, (iv) vacuum-dipping graphene foam in the precursor solution, heating to promote the hydrolysis and polymerization of the silicate, and washing the product multiple times with clean water, and drying the sample, (v) repeating step (iv) to adjust load of silicon oxide, and (vi) carrying out high-temperature annealing treatment, sintering silicon oxide and reducing graphene oxide, and improving mechanical strength of composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite porous silicon oxide ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent electrical conductivity and has broad application prospects in the fields of catalysis, adsorption separation, and flame retardancy.
