NOVELTY - Graphite crucible cover, comprises a detachably connected upper cover (1) and a bottom plate (2). A heat insulation area (3) is arranged in the cavity enclosed by the upper cover and the bottom plate. The insulating area is filled with insulating material including alumina fiber, silica fiber, silicon carbide fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, mullite fiber, carbon fibers and/or expanded graphite, preferably silica fibers. USE - Graphite crucible cover. ADVANTAGE - The crucible cover graphite effectively prevents the heat transmission, the liquid graphite in the crucible can have good heat preservation effect to reduce the energy consumption of the graphene powder manufacturing, and saves the cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a system for preparing graphene powder by CVD method.
