NOVELTY - Antistatic UV shielding composite coating is prepared by preparing graphene oxide ethanol solution, ultrasonically processing, adding modifying agent, reacting, adding sodium borohydride, reacting, obtaining organically modified graphene, taking titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticle and anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically processing, adding aluminum zirconium coupling agent LD-139, reacting, obtaining organically modified TiO2 particles, mixing with organically modified graphene, dispersing in dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent and adding polyurethane resin matrix. USE - Antistatic UV shielding composite coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic UV shielding composite coating is prepared by preparing Hummers graphene oxide by taking 5 g 400-mesh graphite powder and 2.5 g sodium nitrate, adding 100 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, putting in an ice water bath for 1 hour, adding 20 g potassium permanganate, reacting at 3 degrees C for 1.5 hours, transferring the mixed liquid in 35 degrees C warm water bath, continuously stirring for 2 hours, dropwise adding 240 ml distilled water in mixed liquid, controlling temperature at 98 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 15 minutes, adding 550 ml deionized water and 30 ml of 30 mass% hydrogen peroxide, when bath liquid turns light yellow in color, terminating the experiment, washing with hydrochloric acid and deionized water for multiple times until bath liquid is neutral, washing with anhydrous ethanol, and obtaining graphene oxide ethanol solution, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes-1 hour, transferring in 1000-ml three-necked flask, adding 2.5-7.5 g modifying agent, reacting for 2-3 hours at 60-70 degrees C, raising temperature to 85 degrees C, adding 2.5-7.5 g sodium borohydride, reacting for 5-7 hours, centrifuging, washing, and vacuum freeze drying to obtain organically modified graphene, taking 1 g TiO2 nanoparticle and 100 ml anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes-1 hour, transferring in three-necked flask, add 0.1-0.4 g aluminum zirconium coupling agent LD-139, reacting at 65 degrees C for 30 minutes, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours, obtaining organically modified TiO2 particles, uniformly mixing organically modified graphene and organically modified TiO2 particles, uniformly dispersing in DMF solvent, adding polyurethane resin matrix at 30-40% based on the amount of DMF, and obtaining the product.
