▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Phased array satellite bendable phase shifter comprises flexible dielectric substrate, bendable-phase-shifting film structure and electrical regulator. The bendable-phase-shifting film structure is arranged on the flexible substrate by magnetic control sputtering mode, and is used to adjust the phase of the electric signal phase. The electric regulator (400) is electrically connected to the bendable phase-shifting film structure for outputting direct current to the flexible phase-shifting film structure (200), and the bendable beam shift structure is artificial surface isogen structure. USE - The phase shifter is useful in satellite phased array communication technology field, and biosensor surface Raman scattering enhancement and photon loop fields and ultra-wideband filter. ADVANTAGE - The phase shifter reinforces the beam control in the phased array satellite communication by using artificial surface and plasmon as the signal path design, reduces the turning loss in the flexible path, realizes the phase shift design and practicability, can realize lower transmission loss, when the phase shifter is not bent by magnetic control sputtering the graphene film plated on the flexible medium, at the same time, uses the electric reconfigurable characteristic of graphene, so that the phase shifting structure based on artificial surface can realize the electric adjustable property of the phase. In addition, graphene has higher radiating efficiency than the traditional metal, so it can better deploy artificial surface isogen phase shifting design under the high temperature and high-power environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for phased array satellite bendable phase shifter control method.
