▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of diamond/graphene/carbon nanotubes full-carbon base composite material comprises (i) grinding the diamond substrate, acid washing and ultrasonic cleaning, (ii) plating a catalytic layer with a thickness of 10-50 nm on surface of diamond obtained in step (i), (iii) performing rapid thermal treatment to the diamond containing the catalyst layer in the plasma atmosphere through the direct current injection plasma arc furnace to generate the graphene (iv), (iv) placing the surface containing metal or alloy catalyst layer of diamond is placed in a diluted acid solution until the catalytic layer is completely dissolved, and (v) using chemical vapor deposition method to obtain the diamond/ graphene material graphene the surface growing vertical carbon nano tube, obtaining the diamond /graphene/carbon nano tube composite material, where the catalytic layer is iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, chromium transition metal or one of the transition metal and at least one component alloy. USE - Preparation method of diamond/graphene/carbon nano-tube all-carbon-based composite material used in power electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides diamond/carbon /graphene-tube full-carbon-based composite material with stable and good thermal performance and unique electrical performance by connecting the diamond and the carbon nano-tube with covalent bond. The diamond/graphene composite material has excellent bonding mode, excellent thermal and electrical performance, and realizes high stability. The composite material satisfies and satisfies and application of power electronic device in future power.
