▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) preparing graphene into graphene belt, where the graphene belt is a channel material, and the prepared source electrode and the drain electrode achieves the electrical connection of graphene; (ii) mixing the isopropanol and water to obtain isopropanol aqueous solution, immersing and cleaning the electronic device in the isopropanol aqueous solution, and taking out and drying by nitrogen or argon gas; and (iii) placing the electronic device cleaned in the sample cavity of the scanning electron microscope, irradiating the electronic device by using high-energy electron beam, and blowing the xenon difluoride gas to the electronic device for fluorinating, so as to obtain the electronic ammonia sensor. USE - Method for preparing electronic ammonia sensor based on monoatomic layer fluorinated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to use. The electronic ammonia sensor has good selectivity and high parts per billion level sensitivity to ammonia gas, high sensitivity, strong practicability and simple recovery process, and automatically resets to the initial state after stopping ammonia detection.
