▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The motor has a hub motor main body provided with a stator winding i.e. copper wire or copper strip and a wheel hub motor stator. A graphene coating layer i.e. graphene strip-shaped coating layer is formed on a surface of the stator winding. The graphene coating layer transfers heat generated by the stator winding to the wheel hub motor stator, where the wheel hub motor stator is made of silicon steel sheet. The hub motor main body is attached with a motor shaft, a hub motor rotor and a permanent magnet. The wheel hub motor stator is fixedly sleeved on a motor shaft. The stator windings are embedded in a groove. USE - Winding heat conducting type hub motor i.e. external rotor wheel hub motor. ADVANTAGE - The motor sprays a graphene coating on a surface of the stator winding, and utilizes excellent heat conduction performance of the graphene. The motor transmits heat generated by the stator winding due to copper consumption quickly to the hub motor stator through the graphene coating when the hub motor is operated. The motor improves thermal conductivity of the stator windings, and achieves purpose of controlling temperature rise of the motor.
