NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) double-roller refining to obtain ablative-resistant surface rubber composite material containing ablation-resistant filler as material a, ablative-resistant inner layer rubber composite material containing ablation-resistant filler as material b, light heat insulation layer rubber composite material containing ablation-resistant filler and light heat insulation material as material c, where the mass ratio of the anti-ablation filler and rubber in the composite material is material a greater than material b greater than material c, (ii) extruding material b and material c to obtain 2n + 1 layer extrudate at 50-110degrees Celsius, forming 2n + 1 layer extrudate by alternately layered arrangement of material b and material c, extruding material a to obtain a singlelayer extrudate, attaching 2n + 1 layer extrudate, coating the forming material a on the surface of 2n +1 + 1 layer extrudate, (iii) hot pressing vulcanizing to obtain 2n + 1 + 1 layer extrudate, where n is an integer of 1-3. USE - The method is useful for preparing multilayer insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The method: can quickly prepare the multi-layer heat insulating material with excellent heat insulating performance and good forming performance; is simple; and can be continuously produced in batch. The material: has controllable layer thickness and layer structure, has adjustable raw material composition, and has stable high productivity.
