▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transparent perfect microwave absorber based on graphene-transparent medium and ultra-thin doped metal is composed of N-graphene (1)-transparent medium unit (2) and ultra-thin doped metal (4) at bottom layer arranged in parallel and orderly overlapped, where N=1-4. The graphene-transparent medium unit is composed of an upper layer of graphene and a lower layer of transparent medium arranged in parallel with each other. USE - Transparent perfect microwave absorber based on graphene-transparent medium and ultra-thin doped metal. ADVANTAGE - The thickness of the ultra-thin doped metal film is less than dozens of nanometers, which is far less than the wavelength of the micro-wave band electromagnetic wave, so as to provide stable wide frequency band strong electromagnetic reflection. The corresponding transparent medium layer thickness can realize perfect absorption of the designed frequency point microwave, and can use multilayer graphene/transparent medium unit and ultra-thin doped metal to form multi-frequency point resonant cavity, introducing absorption resonance of a set of frequency points, greatly expanding the absorption bandwidth of the microwave absorber and realizing broadband microwave absorption of high performance.
