NOVELTY - Chemical mechanical preparation of corrosion-resistant steel pipe comprises weighing steel inner layer comprising 0.32-0.42 wt.% carbon, 0.3-0.5 wt.% zinc, 0.22-0.28 wt.% strontium, 0.46-0.52 wt.% chromium, 0.32-0.38 wt.% nickel, 0.22-0.32 wt.% aluminum, 0.12-0.18 wt.% titanium, 1-2 wt.% mica powder, 1-2 wt.% mixed rare earth ore and balance iron, weighing steel outer layer comprising 22-26 pts. wt. styrene-acrylate emulsion, 18-22 pts. wt. polystyrene microsphere emulsion, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-corrosion agent and 2-6 pts. wt. ferrous nitrate, mixing, smelting, feeding into mold, stirring in high-speed mixer at 155-175 revolutions/minute for 25-35 minutes, coating on steel, drying at 55-65 degrees C for 4-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, heating at 500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating at 850 degrees C for 35-45 minutes, cooling, processing in 92-98 wt.% ferric chloride solution for 2-4 minutes, processing in 4-8 wt.% dilute sulfuric acid for 3 minutes, taking out and drying. USE - Method for chemical mechanical preparation of corrosion-resistant steel pipe. ADVANTAGE - The steel has high utilization value.
