▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - On-site repairing conductive composite plating layer of power equipment comprises using electro cleaning solution, activation solution, pure silver plating solution and silver graphene composite plating solution as the electroplating solution in sequence and subjecting the surface of the workpiece to electro cleaning treatment, activation treatment, silver plating treatment and silver-coated graphene composite treatment by brush plating, where the components of the pure silver plating solution comprises silver nitrate and potassium iodide and the components of the silver-graphene composite plating solution comprises silver nitrate, potassium iodide, potassium carbonate, graphene and dispersant. USE - The method is useful for on-site repairing conductive composite plating layer of power equipment e.g. ultra-high voltage isolating switch for pure silver, plating hard silver and graphite silver plating contact product. ADVANTAGE - The method has good bonding force between the plating layer after repairing and the surface of the workpiece, adopts the electric brush plating in the operation process, and the cathode has relative movement, so allowed to use higher current density, the current density is multiple times to dozens of times than the groove plating, so as to obtain higher plating layers deposition speed than plating.
