▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method comprises immersing a glass to be processed in a rubber solution. A rubber is cured by allowing and/or heating. A rubber coating layer is formed on an outer surface of the glass to be processed. The rubber coating layer completely covers an outer surface of the glass to be processed. A laser or a cutter is used to cut the glass to be processed. A prefabricated groove is formed. An ultrasonic carving knife is used to impact the prefabricated groove to form an etching hole. The etching hole is gradually inserted into an interior of the glass to be processed. The glass to be processed of an opening hole is soaked in a cleaning liquid to remove a coating layer. USE - Glass punching method based on rubber coating layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables protecting the graphene layer of the rubber, thus avoiding the etching of the glass generate stress is broken phenomenon. The method allows the coating layer to absorb the energy of the ultrasonic wave, thus reducing the energy absorbed by the glass in the non-punching area, and protecting the glass to be processed from breaking. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the glass punching method based on rubber coating layer.
