NOVELTY - The synthesis method of graphene-like carbon nitride ultrathin nanosheet involves adding nitrogen-enriched organic substance as nitrogen source and inorganic boron compound as morphological control agent to carbon fiber microwave absorbent and then uniformly mixing, placing the mixture in a container and then processing under negative pressure and heating. USE - The method is useful for synthesis of graphene-like carbon nitride ultrathin nanosheet. ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesis of graphene-like carbon nitride ultrathin nanosheet in simple and rapid manner.
