NOVELTY - A composition comprises mechanically continuous hybrid thin film comprising 1st film comprising graphene and 2nd film comprising doped graphene in which 1st film and 2nd film are connected by lateral junctions to form electrical connectivity in graphene/doped graphene junctions. USE - Composition for two-dimensional film. ADVANTAGE - Composition has low sheet resistance and high carrier mobility.
