▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The dual narrowband near-infrared absorber comprises a one-dimensional metal grating (1), a first dielectric layer (2), graphene (3), a second dielectric layer (4) and a metal substrate (5) arranged from top to bottom. Electromagnetic waves irradiated to the surface of the near-infrared absorber causes Fabry-Perot resonance between the dielectric layers. The graphene is electrically tuned to realize the dual narrowband absorption in the near-infrared wave band. USE - Graphene-based dual narrowband near-infrared absorber. ADVANTAGE - By providing graphene between the dielectric layers, repeated reflection, diffraction and absorption is realized to improve absorption of electromagnetic wave in near-infrared wave band.
