NOVELTY - Nuclear radiation-resistant epoxy coating comprises 100 pts. wt. low-polymerization of bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin, 45-60 pts. wt. bisphenol A, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene micro sheet, 2-6 pts. wt. aluminum oxide powder, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-1 pts. wt. polyamide, 60-80 pts. wt. n-butanol and 0.01-0.6 pts. wt. glass fiber. USE - Used as nuclear radiation-resistant epoxy coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nuclear radiation-resistant epoxy coating, comprising (i) mixing low polymerized bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin, bisphenol A, graphene micro sheet, and aluminum oxide powder, and mixing uniformly; (ii) adding catalyst to a low-polymerization bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin mixed with bisphenol A, graphene microchips and alumina powder, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed system A; (iii) polymerizing the mixed system at a low temperature of 60-80 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and rapidly heating to 150-200 degrees C for high-temperature polymerization for 60-120 minutes; and (iv) stopping heat, cooling slowly, and orderly adding n-butyl alcohol into the material polymer, glass fiber and polyamide.
