USE - Tin phosphorus/graphene composite cathode material for use in sodium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved charge and discharge capacity and stable circulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a tin phosphorus/graphene composite cathode material, which involves adding first metal tin powder and phosphorus powder in a ball-milling tank under nitrogen protection and reacting to obtain nano tin phosphorus granule, followed by adding graphene dispersion liquid into the ball-milling tank to cover the graphene uniformly with phosphorus tin nano particle surface, and performing heat treatment under comprising inert gas or nitrogen protection environment at 650-750 degrees C to obtain finished product.
