▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified epoxy cathode electrophoretic paint comprises (i) adding graphite oxide powder into a strong alkaline aqueous solution, reacting at 40-95℃ for 1-6 hours, and reducing to reduced graphite oxide with hydroxy and carboxy groups on edge, adjusting the pH value to 5.0-7.0 for 1-3 hours, taking bottom material to obtain reduced graphene oxide, (ii) adding the reduced graphene oxide and dispersant to solvent, stirring uniformly at room temperature using a high-shear device, and preparing reduced graphene oxide dispersion, stirring time is 4-6 hours, and rotation speed is 5,000-10,000 revolutions/minute, (iii) adding graphene nanosheet into reduced graphene oxide dispersion, and using high-shear equipment to stirring uniformly at room temperature to obtain a graphene dispersion, stirring time is 6-8 hours, and rotation speed is 5,000-10,000 revolutions/minute, and (iv) mixing graphene dispersion with cathode epoxy resin electrophoretic paint uniformly. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified epoxy cathode electrophoretic paint. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the mixture of reducing oxidation and graphene, with more active hydroxy and carboxy, capable of forming chemical bond with the amino in the epoxy resin curing agent, making the coating surface more compact, and enhances the hardness of the electrophoretic paint.
