▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves placing a super lubricating material layer on the interface of two objects with relative sliding motion respectively, so that it has super lubricating properties and forms a super lubricating interface. One of the two objects that undergo relative sliding motion includes, in addition to the super-lubricating material layer, a dielectric layer (2) and a conductive layer (1). A voltage is applied between the conductive layer and the super-lubricating material layer to change the electrical state of the surface of the super-lubricating material layer, thereby modulating the frictional force of the super-lubricating interface. USE - Method for modulating friction force between ultra-lubrication interfaces in micro-electromechanical system. Uses include but are not limited to information communication, aerospace, biological medical treatment, environment health and scientific research instrument. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing the electrostatic reversible modulation of the ultra-lubricating friction force contact the micro-nano solid interface surface, which is suitable for micro-electromechanical system high voltage, high temperature, high speed and other extreme working conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a transmission device based on modulating the friction force between super lubricated interfaces; and 2. a braking device based on modulating the friction force between super lubricated interfaces. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the method for modulating friction force between ultra-lubrication interfaces. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
