NOVELTY - A preparation system of antibacterial plastic comprises crushing and grinding machine to crush and grind shells of shrimp, crab and fish bones to powder. The antibacterial plastic is prepared by drying the powder, obtaining residual shell powder, (2) preparing solution of sodium hydroxide, urea, and deionized water, pre-cooling, adding the residual shell powder and dispersing, freezing/thawing, centrifuging, removing bubbles and a small amount of filter residue, obtaining clear chitin solution, sealing and storing, (3) adding antibacterial protein extract to clear chitin solution, stirring, obtaining chitin antibacterial protein mixture, (4) adding modified graphene oxide dispersion and glutaraldehyde to chitin antibacterial protein mixture, stirring to obtain modified graphene oxide chitin antibacterial protein composite solution, (5) casting modified graphene oxide chitin antibacterial protein composite solution to obtain hydrogel film, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Preparation system of antibacterial plastic. ADVANTAGE - The preparation system provides antibacterial plastic with excellent antibacterial effect and mechanical properties. The antibacterial plastic is degradable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A preparation system of antibacterial plastic comprises crushing and grinding machine to crush and grind shells of shrimp, crab and fish bones to powder. The antibacterial plastic is prepared by drying the powder at 50-60 degrees C for 12-14 hours, obtaining residual shell powder, storing at -35 degrees C to -30 degrees C frozen storage, (2) preparing solution of sodium hydroxide, urea, and deionized water, adding to mixing freeze-thaw machine, pre-cooling at -30 degrees C to -35 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding residual shell powder and dispersing, freezing/thawing at 1-5 degrees C for 3-4 hours three cycles, centrifuging at 5000-6000 rpm for 20-30 minutes, removing bubbles and a small amount of filter residue, obtaining clear chitin solution, sealing and storing at 1-5 degrees C, (3) adding antibacterial protein extract to clear chitin solution at 1-5 degrees C, stirring at 500-600 rpm for 15-25 minutes, obtaining chitin antibacterial protein mixture, (4) adding the modified graphene oxide dispersion and glutaraldehyde to the chitin antibacterial protein mixture, stirring at 1-5 degrees C to obtain modified graphene oxide chitin antibacterial protein composite solution, (5) taking 1-3 mL of modified graphene oxide chitin antibacterial protein composite solution and adding in drops on the casting plate, casting film at 25-30 degrees C, increasing the temperature to 40-55 degrees C to obtain a hydrogel film, repeatedly washing with deionized water, and drying at 40-50 degrees C for 10-12 hours.
