▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene involves dispersing graphene in water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, where layer number of the graphene is 1-3 layer, adding furoxan derivative into graphene solution, heating and stirring for 30-60 minutes at 50-70 degrees C, cooling to 20-40 degrees C, and drying at constant temperature to obtain furazan derivative of graphene coated eutectic substance. The ratio of graphene and furazan derivative is 1:6-10. The furoxan derivative is diaminofurazan, diamino azofuran, and 3-amino-4-nitrofurazan. The graphene-coated furazan derivative co-crystals are crushed into powder, and heated to 500-800 degrees C, kept for 3-5 hours to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nitrogen-doped graphene that maintains the surface performance of furazan derivative crystal.
