NOVELTY - Germinating hemp seed potato mini-tuber comprises (i) taking the hemp seed potato mini-tuber, placing it in the first culture medium at 24-28 degrees C, shading and culturing for 13-16 hours, (ii) placing the hemp seed potato mini-potatoes cultured in the first medium into the second medium, soaking and cultivating for 12-18 hours at 24-28 degrees C, (iii) placing the hemp seed potato mini-potatoes cultured in the second medium into the third medium for immersion culture at 24-28 degrees C for 24-36 hours, shading and light alternately during the immersion culture to obtain hemp seed potato mini-tuber cultures, (iv) placing the hemp seed potato micro-tuber culture seed obtained in resultant step into the MS medium containing graphene quantum dots and carbon nanotubes for embedding to obtain hemp seed potato micro-tuber embedded seed, and (v) sowing the hemp seed potato micro-tuber embedded seeds obtained in resultant step in the culture medium and continue breeding under 24-28 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for germinating hemp seed potato mini-tuber. ADVANTAGE - The method: iss conducive to subsequent cultivation and transplantation.
