NOVELTY - Preparing nanometer carbon material composite resin microsphere involves subjecting carbon nano tube, graphene, sodium dodecyl sulfate and liquid paraffin at 900r/minutes rotating speed ball milling, mixing for 60 minutes, standing for 12 hours adding 50 pts. wt. resole phenolic resin in the obtained solution, stirring at a stirring speed of 600r/minutes under normal temperature, heating to 130degrees Celsius to react for 45 minutes, forming the microsphere, adding 2 pts. wt. citric acid monohydrate, constant temperature reaction for 45 minutes then filtering the microsphere particles, repeatedly washing the microsphere particles by hot water for 3-5 times, then putting in the oven to dry at 110degrees Celsius to obtain the composite resin microsphere precursor to obtain composite resin microsphere precursor, the push plate furnace under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, heating speed is 10degrees Celsius/minutes, raised the temperature to 1100degrees Celsius and kept the temperature for 2 hours to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing nanometer carbon material composite resin microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano-carbon composite resin micro-sphere, which has controllable hard carbon ball diameter, good shape, narrow grain diameter distribution, high yield, high capacity, and good performance, and is good for environment protection.
