NOVELTY - Preparation of photonic crystal structure colored film involves mixing tetraethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethanol to obtain solution (A), mixing anhydrous ethanol, water and aqueous ammonia to obtain solution (B), adding solution (A) to solution (B), reacting to obtain reaction mixture (A), mixing silane coupling agent and absolute ethanol to obtain solution (C), adding solution (C) to reaction solution (A), stirring to obtain reaction solution (B), ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol to obtain solution (D), adding solution (D) to reaction solution (B) and silicon dioxide microspheres for assembling microspheres on surface of graphene nanosheet to obtain reaction solution (C), centrifuging, washing precipitate, adding water and dispersing to obtain silicon dioxide microsphere-graphene oxide nanosheet suspension (E), mixing suspension (E) and elastic styrene-acrylic emulsion to obtain mixed slurry, scrapping or spraying mixed slurry on substrate and drying. USE - Preparation of photonic crystal structure colored film for building. ADVANTAGE - The prepared decorative photonic crystal structure colored film is mildew-proof and bright color film, which is not easy to fade, and has excellent aging resistance, flame retardance, water resistance, strong adhesion to building surface, and crack resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of photonic crystal structure colored film involves mixing tetraethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethanol to obtain solution (A), mixing anhydrous ethanol, water and aqueous ammonia to obtain solution (B), dripping solution (A) in 25-28 %mass solution (B), reacting at 20-40 degrees C and 200-500 rpm for 3-6 hours to obtain reaction mixture (A), mixing silane coupling agent and absolute ethanol to obtain solution (C), adding solution (C) to reaction solution (A), stirring to obtain reaction solution (B), ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol for 10-15 minutes to obtain solution (D), adding solution (D) to reaction solution (B) and silicon dioxide microspheres for assembling microspheres on surface of graphene nanosheet to obtain reaction solution (C), centrifuging, washing precipitate, adding water and ultrasonically dispersing for 5-15 minutes to obtain silicon dioxide microsphere-graphene oxide nanosheet suspension (E) with concentration of 1-10 %mass, mixing suspension (E) and elastic styrene-acrylic emulsion to obtain mixed slurry, scrapping or spraying mixed slurry on substrate and drying.
