NOVELTY - The filter has a filter medium forming pores, and a conductive material e.g. conductive wire or conductive particle (20) that is attached along a surface of the filter medium (10). A power supply is connected to the conductive materials that are heated by the power supply for supplying the current to the material. The material is made of gold, silver or copper, and carbon nanotubes or graphene, where the material is in close contact with the surface. The solution is dispersed in the material selected from ethanol, isopropanol or hexane. USE - Filter for use in a mask (Claimed) and an air purifier. ADVANTAGE - The conductive material is attached along the surface of the filter medium forming pores so as to maintain breathability, perform heat and antibacterial functions by flowing current through the conductive materials and apply voltage, so that electrostatic precipitation function can be performed. The conductivity material is adhered to the filter media and not fallen off, so the filter can be washed and used for a long time. The filter has better antibacterial ability, and is washable, so economical efficiency can be secured, and mass production can be achieved.
