▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based composite thermal interface material comprises e.g. (a) preparing modified graphene oxide, (1) using coupling agent and organic solvent according to the proportion of 1:5-10, mixing and stirring, (2) vacuum drying the graphene oxide, adding to mixed solution and stirring, (3) heating the graphene oxide mixture; and (4) mixing the functionalized graphene oxide material liquid through washing, filtering, and drying, (b) preparing graphene and composite thermal interface material of epoxy resin; and (c) preparing composite thermal interface material based on graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based composite thermal interface material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based composite thermal interface material comprises (a) preparing modified graphene oxide, comprising (1) using the coupling agent and organic solvent according to the proportion of 1:5-10, mixing and stirring to obtain the mixed solution, (2) vacuum drying the graphene oxide, adding into the mixed solution and stirring uniformly to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, (3) heating the graphene oxide mixture under vacuum to obtain a functionalized graphene oxide liquid solution; (4) mixing the functionalized graphene oxide material liquid through washing, filtering, and drying to obtain the modified graphene oxide, (b) preparing graphene and composite thermal interface material of epoxy resin, comprising (1) adding epoxy resin and curing agent into the organic solvent and mixing and stirring to obtain the mixed solution, (2) adding the modified graphene oxide to the mixed solution, and adding organic solvent to dilute, stirring and grinding to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, (3) performing ultrasonic dispersion to the graphene oxide mixed solution; (4) after the ultrasonic dispersion of the graphene oxide mixed solution under vacuum heating and slowly stirring, vacuum defoaming for 5-15 minutes; and (c) preparing composite thermal interface material based on graphene, comprising (1) drying the composite thermal interface material of nano-silver particles, adding the graphite and epoxy resin, and adding the organic solvent, stirring and grinding to obtain mixed solution, (2) performing ultrasonic dispersion to the mixed solution, (3) using the mixed solution after ultrasonic dispersion under vacuum heating and slowly stirring; vacuum defoaming for 5-15 minutes; (4) after vacuum defoaming the mixed solution pouring into the mold, raising the temperature for curing to obtain graphene-based composite thermal interface material.
