NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide solution to obtain an electrolyte. A high pure graphite rod is arranged with a working electrode. A platinum electrode is selected as a counter electrode. A calomel electrode is selected as a reference electrode. A three-electrode electrochemical working system is arranged with an electrolytic graphite rod by utilizing a constant potential timing current process. Filtered liquid is filled in a dialysis bag for dialyzing and purifying filtered liquid to obtain a high dispersed water in phase nitrogen doped graphene quantum dot. USE - Highly dispersed water in phase nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying manufacturing process of the highly dispersed water in phase nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot, obtaining raw material in easy manner, reducing preparation time, improving dispersibility of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot, quantum yield performance and biological compatibility, and detecting fluorescence and imaging field of life sample.
